Ginger is a rather tough Pokémon to work with.  He has many strategies, but it's tough to choose which one as the main one.  While Ginger can resist most attacks, he doesn't have many attacking advantages.  In fact, he's only extremely vulnerable to fire attacks.  But the question is, should he use agility to boost his speed, or is it wasteful to endure before reversing?  Those are the questions I ponder as I develop a strategy with Ginger.
