Hallie is Jenny's twelve-year-old sister.  They were separated at birth, though they communicated by letter throughout their lives.  When their parents were killed, the sisters reunited.  Hallie joined Jenny's misfit team because she had nowhere else to go.  Her job is simply to be sweet.  She also has one of the biggest mouths in the group.  When not fighting evil, Hallie plays with the other children in the Spice Club.  Because she's been a Spice member since the day the Spice Club was created, Hallie is considered the strongest of the child members and also one of the strongest overall.  In the F-Zero X Grand Prix, her vehicle is the Mad Wolf.
