Jeice was a former member of the Ginyu Force.  However, he was fed up with their goofy antics, so he quit and joined the Spice Club along with his sister Jade.  Time after time, the Ginyu Force has tried to win Jeice back, but he's had nothing to do with them since his departure.  In the F-Zero races, Jeice drives the Deep Claw.
