Robyn and Rachel are the twin daughters of Ruth and Carlos.  They were born only thirty minutes apart; Rachel being the older, and Robyn the younger.  The magical Lightstar Crystal turned them into little twelve year olds when they're supposed to be babies.  Robyn was chosen to succeed Ruth as the Universal Magic Princess, so she possesses more powers than Rachel.  On the other hand, Rachel has greater martial arts skills.  But how can you tell these girls apart?  Easy.  They dress the same way the female Power Rangers do.  Rachel wears pink while Robyn wears yellow.  Sorry, no pics of these twins as of yet either.  In the F-Zero X competition, the twins are lucky enough to race in the same vehicle, the Twin Noritta.
