Pico is a former assassin who grew up in an anarchy.  He enrolled in the Poripoto army, whose unit was responsible for the deaths of over seventy top officials.  After receiving his Poripoto badge, Pico killed his fellow soldiers, the reason of which is uncertain.  His reasons for racing in F-Zero and joining the Spice Club are also uncertain.  Only now, he is still hunted down by the mysterious bounty hunter Captain Falcon.  Also within the Spice Club, Pico trains Dende in the art of battle, and he constantly quarrels with Vegeta.

Pico's most valued accomplishment within the team was freeing the colony and the rest of the team from Pandeora's freezing spell.
