Vegeta is a Saiyan prince, the very last of his race.  It wouldn't surprise very many people, since he killed any other Saiyan who disappointed him.  When he first joined, he only wanted to become the leader, and he challenged Jenny for that position.  Luckily, Jenny managed to talk him out of that.  Now, Vegeta is constantly quarreling with Pico, and he lives only for personal gain.  He's also looking to replace Fulgore as Spinal's torture partner, dragging the little guy out on impossible missions.

In the F-Zero X Grand Prix, Vegeta drives the Wild Boar, pictured above.

Well, I won't say anymore.  His smile says a whole lot more than his voice.  By the way, doesn't he look smashing in a pink shirt?
