Ruth is also known as the Universal Magic Princess.  She inherited the title from her mother, and the title is passed down from generation to generation.  She is married to Carlos, the former Power Ranger, and she has twin daughters, Robyn and Rachel.  However, only one daughter can be Ruth's successor, so Ruth chose Robyn to carry on the Magic of the Universe.  In the Spice Club, Ruth will risk her life for the safety of her friends.  When not in battle, Ruth trains Robyn in the magical ways.  (Of course, jealous sister Rachel was also granted some magical powers.)  In the F-Zero X Grand Prix, she drives the Queen Meteor.
