GENERAL: Garlic Jr. Descendent of Garlic Jr.

Garlic Jr. is the first general that the Spices encounter.  He guards the planet Brokaya with the Spice Boys - Salt, Vinegar, Mustard, and Spice.  Jenny crashes on the planet and loses her memory.  Thus, she ends up in Garlic Jr.'s hands.  Since Jenny has no idea who she is, Garlic Jr. names her Pepper.
