Jade is Jeice's blue-skinned, green-haired sister.  She and Jeice showed up mysteriously when Jenny and Yamcha were attacked by Black Shadow's demons.  She's freaky, yet lovely.  She seems to be attracted to Yamcha.  Unfortunately, there's no pic of her as of yet.  Along with Jeice, they're known as the Colorful Siblings.  In the F-Zero races, Jade drives the Astro Robin.
