GENERAL: Ivan Ooze, Creature of Slime

Ivan Ooze is in charge of the planet Namek.  Unlike most other planets, the innocent citizens are still alive, but not well.  Ivan has made slaves out of them.  The Spices have dealt with Ivan in the past, and Ivan has had some sort of.....interest in Jenny.  But hey, doesn't everyone?  To help him control his slaves, Ivan has an army of oozing monsters.
