Arbin was once a young man in the care of some strange foster parents who found him as a baby next to his parents' corpses.  The foster mother abused him while his foster father loved him dearly.  This mixed treatment has given Arbin an extra polite personality.  When his foster parents died, Arbin went to become a racer in the bloodiest races of all time.  Fearing death, he fiddled with black magic.  So when he finally did die in the races, the black magic resurrected him as a zombie with charred bones and burnt flesh.  The black magic has also given him some unique abilities, such as the ability to twist space around himself, naming the technique "Destiny Bond."  Even after resurrection, Arbin returned to racing, the F-Zero races, to be exact.

Arbin's most memorable battle was when Black Shadow created an eclipse on Arturus.  Arbin was severely injured by Black Shadow, so Spinal fought valiantly to defend him.  However, Arbin still participated in the fight.  Right after the battle, Arbin died from his injuries.

But even Arbin couldn't be taken down that quickly.  Mighty Gazelle revived Arbin as a cyborg, and Arbin rejoined the others.
