Captain Falcon is the most feared bounty hunter in the universe.  He was a competitor in the F-Zero X Grand Prix, where he met the nefarious assassin Pico.  Captain Falcon has been obsessed with capturing Pico ever since the Grand Prix.  In fact, he was so determined, he had himself cryogenically frozen after learning of Pico's fate.  So even now, Captain Falcon continues his search for Pico, and will not rest until he captures the bounty.  I know, I first saw the pic below and thought, "Man, put that helmet back on!"
