Jupiter is a Raikou, another of the legendary beasts, whom I named after planets.  Jupiter is the only other decent new electric type in my opinion.  I prefer electric types over grass types because of their speed.  Jupiter's speed is well suited for his abilities, and he is also armed against psychic types.  At first I was puzzled that Jupiter couldn't learn Thunderbolt at all.  But fortunately I was able to teach it to him with the help of the Move Tutor.  Jupiter is now better than he was before.
